THE BUSINESS HEALING FRAMEWORK™
Building Organizations That Heal Rather Than Harm
A BBBB (Belief • Balance • Behavior • Business) Framework
Expose to Heal™ | #HealAtlanta | Sharnita Gates Academy
PURPOSE
The Business Healing Framework was created to help entrepreneurs, executives, managers, nonprofit leaders, ministry leaders, and community builders evaluate whether their organizations are producing human flourishing or human harm.
Many organizations unintentionally create environments that:
• Drain people instead of developing them
• Consume people instead of stewarding them
• Exploit needs instead of solving problems
• Reward dysfunction instead of responsibility
• Produce burnout instead of sustainability
• Create dependency instead of empowerment
• Damage character instead of cultivating maturity
Healthy businesses should create value while protecting dignity.
Healthy leadership should increase capacity rather than decrease it.
Healthy systems should leave people stronger than when they arrived.
THE HEALING BUSINESS PRINCIPLE
Every System Produces Fruit
The question is not:
"Is the business successful?"
The deeper question is:
"What is the business producing in people?"
A healthy organization should produce:
✓ Clarity
✓ Trust
✓ Stewardship
✓ Responsibility
✓ Growth
✓ Accountability
✓ Sustainability
✓ Human Dignity
