Born and raised in Atlanta, Sharnita is the youngest of her siblings and brings a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership development, community engagement, and faith-centered stewardship to her work. Her journey has been shaped by a passion for learning, service, innovation, and helping others discover practical pathways toward growth and transformation.

With more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Sharnita has worked across building, testing, implementation, quality assurance, systems development, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions. Her background in technology provided a strong foundation for understanding how systems, processes, and people work together to produce sustainable outcomes.

Today, Sharnita combines her technical experience with coaching, leadership development, workforce readiness, communication training, and educational innovation. She believes that true transformation occurs when people receive not only information but also the instruction, understanding, support, and accountability needed to apply what they learn.
